stupid class

wah. i'm really shocked. i just went bloghopping and read a lot of post and tags about the conflicts in the class. it's really useless lah fighting. don't u guys miss the days when we were a class. an actual class. during the sec 1 orientation last year, i remembered our class as a real class. without any conflicts whatsoever. just new friends. but, our class now seems so broken up. here's how i see the class broken up into; bullies, peacemakers and the so called "outcasts". we always want our class to be bonded but how can we do that when there's so many conflicts here and there. we have to resolve the problems and come to a mutual agreement. it will never end if u guys keep fighting. ok. i understand that when someone calls u a dog, u'll certainly get angry. u have all the right in the world to criticize him or her but don't we live in a democratic society where everyone is equal. if u don't like someone, don't go on fighting with him or her. try to speak politely with him or her and discuss how you guys can agree on something then forgive and forget. don't tell me our class is animal farm in reality with the "outcasts". come on ppl. look at everything in a different light. don't be one-dimensional. look at things from other ppl's perpective. try to understand why they see it that way. then, u can change where the "complainee" is satisfied and u don't have any disadvantages. i learnt in NCC that a good leader will voice out their problems and justify that problem with evidence. also, a good leader will try to understand the problem. then comes the part where u need to compromise where the problem will be resolved without any disadvantages acquired. mr jamil said that everyone is born a leader. justifying his statement with the sperm and egg. lol. but it's either u make a good or bad leader. either way, u make the decision. remember mr lim's 3 Cs. i don't. but i think one of them is care for others. so let me ask. do u? the peacemakers actually are on the fence on all these problems between the bullies and " outcasts". we're not on anyone's side.we're just doing what's right and trying to bring the class back to when we were all called friends. end all this lame ass shit so that there won't be any bullies, peacemakers and "outcast". just friends...
