Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Well, today's the day. The day for forgiveness and to celebrate a month of fasting. It's also the day for good food! Gonna eat my mum's dishes later. Yes! Then, I think after Friday prayers, off to my uncle's house. My grandma's over there. I'm sure there's good food there too. :D

Speaking of good food, I tried dendeng last night, or this morning. Quite yummy. Went home around half pass two in the morning from Geylang. Luckily, my parents didn't scold me. Awesomeness. Haha. Anyway, gotta thank Cik Nori and Iqah for yesterday. Cik Nori even offered to buy me a baju kurung. Wah. Haha. I politely declined his kind offer bah. I mean, a baju kurung. Wah. Haha.

Oh.. Spotted a few ppl there. I think first was Iqah's guides senior. My senior also lah. Then, HALIDAH! Haha. I literally shouted her name when she jumped in front of me. Haha. Farnie. After that, I saw Farah Diyannah at a carpet auction. Then, Aliff Samad, primary school junior. He remembers me sia. Lol. After midnight, saw Aisyah from YMC. Yea. That's about it.

I enjoyed last night a lot especially since it was with Iqah. And.. thank god it's you too :)

Geylang, Sipaku Geylang

I haven't been to Geylang for a very long time. The last time I went there was with my family. Last minute baju kurung sale was on. Lol. But since I'm not getting one this year, I don't think I'll be going there and be able to experience Geylang for this year's Ramadhan. I guess I don't mind much lah. But I do miss the noisy atmosphere and aroma of Ramlee Burger everywhere. Which reminds me! I haven't eaten Ramlee Burger in a long time! I've been eating Mcspicy Burgers recently but I don't know. I think Ramlee Burgers beat McDonalds' hands down. Any kind soul willing to buy me one? For free? Haha. Fat hope. Like that's gonna happen. Anyway, people rarely or almost never blog nowadays. So since the number of readers on my blog everyday is probably equals to zero, that means I won't be getting my Ramlee Burger. FML.

Can't Tell Dreams From Reality

After so long of having repeated nightmares of being chased by a Pontianak, she finally caught up with me. It went like this. It was raining. My living room lights were switched off. I saw a human-like shadow floating outside the window. I have no idea why I did what I did next. I opened the door. She was pushing the door trying to get in. I resisted. But then, I gave up. I picked up the broom made out of sticks, opened the door wide and jabbed at her face. The sticks actually went into her eyes. She was screaming but she kept coming closer, making the sticks go deeper into her head; just to get to me. But then, I woke up. It was too scary man. Like HOLY..

I kinda liked today.. Hmm maybe cuz I was more sociable? Haha. Anyway, Had Amath and History papers today. Both manageable. I wanna pass this 2 subjects so badly man. Emath paper tmr. Not planning to study much for it. Just gonna go through standard deviation, mean median stuff later. Yea...... Gonna eat chicken right with Iqah later for break fast. Woots!

It was okay? Nothing much happened I guess. Well, I broke my fast alone at home. That's all. This happened during social studies.

Just a random update

Hey, I haven't been updating much. Probably cuz I don't use the com as much as usual. So yea.. I've been busy.. With schoolwork obviously. There's timed practices, night study sessions.. I was especially erm, what's the word? Enlightened? Cuz I could understand thermal physics and electromagnetic induction pretty well. I could even explain to my friends about a few stuff and they understood. So yea.. Yay me.

Iqah and I made a pact. We would only meet up on weekends. Guess what. It's killing me! Gosh.. And to add to that, she's fasting.. So, well, you know. Can't be as close and stuff. And I don't know if she's fasting on the weekends too.

Also, I think her prepaid's used up. That mean's.. NO TEXTING. GAH. I thought we made a deal to at least text each other every night even if it's for awhile. Sigh. Oh oh, I wanted to send her home last night after night study but she probably went off before I did. Sad.

So this is how it's like when a major national exam is nearing for a teenage couple like us.. Sorry. Not much of an update huh? More like lamenting about my current situation.

Have you ever had the feeling when there's an aching in your chest? So much so it hurts? You feel like screaming but don't want people to notice. So screaming into a pillow would only suffice. And there's one person that lingers in your mind regardless of what you're doing. His or her presence.. That's all you're wishing for.. Longing for.. Yearning for.. The thought of that someone in particular makes you sigh every single time you realize he or she isn't by your side. And that's what you terribly want. And only that will make you genuinely happy.

I guess today's gonna be quite mundane.. Probably gonna be home the whole day. If by some awesome miracle that needs me to be out of the house, then lucky me. But I don't think luck's on my side today.

Yesterday's Gentarasa was.. okay. I can't think of a better word really. Though I expected more from it lah. Wanted to see Iqah perform :( Too bad. Went straight home after the whole show. It was kinda awkward cuz I had this bugging feeling that there had to be something that I could do instead of going home. Hmm.. Probably not used to going home early.

Yeap.. 8 more days to the 2nd semester.

Happy 11th to us! Today was especially delightful. Summary of today: Just the two of us from Dhoby Ghaut to Fort Canning Park to Civil Defence Heritage Gallery to late lunch at Funan mall to Esplanade to the Asian Civilisations Museum which was a hell lot of fun then a short stroll along the Singapore River and then a bus ride to Jurong East.

After that, headed for Bukit Batok where we bought Chicken rice, 50 cents worth of Pedal and a bottle of coke and ate dinner.. Then, home.. Hehe. Really love the photos we took. Gah! Haha.

Time was not on our side

The watch Iqah gave me for my birthday.. The glass cracked. Dammit. Did you know the watch has gone through a few 'makeovers'? Lol. Yea. At its best, it was red and black. Then, it became red and grey. After that, white and grey. Sadly, in the end, the glass cracked. :(

Unfortunately, unlike April, the watch can't be salvaged. I'm really gonna miss that watch. Hmm, am I gonna get a new one? Cuz I'll feel quite naked on the left wrist if I go out without one.

Yes, The EMAS 10th-anniversary celebration yesterday was enjoyable. Won't go into much detail but I'll name a few things. Playing Uno, cam-whoring, singing f(x)'s Nu ABO while irritating Hazim, being especially blunt at the wrong time and joking around. Fun.

Hmm, I still haven't decided whether I should go for the DZPS outing at East Coast Park tmr.

Had chemistry today. It was manageable? Haha. Actually, I don't know if I can pass the test. But I hope I will. Pray for me! Lol. Played soccer after that.. Khai almost died. Well, yes, I am exaggerating a bit but it seemed like the way he fell could have landed him in the hospital.

The ball was up in the air. Asyraf and Khai jumped for it. Unexpectedly, Asyraf's shoulder hit Khai in the face. IN YOUR FACE DUDE. Lol. And yea, Khai fell to one side and almost hit his head on the ground. Epic. Funny thing was most of us was laughing at the incident. How nice..

Then, after prayers, met Iqah and juniors, Ienah and Syirah.. They're a crazy couple I tell you especially Ienah. Good entertainment lah. Haha.. World Cup starts tonight! I have no idea which team to support really. It's between England and Germany. Singapore? Jangan harap. Didn't even get through. Haha.

Night cycling was awesome. Especially since it was with crazy classmates. We did countless headcounts along this particular seemingly endless route. We stayed in formation to make sure we were together and safe from 'stuff'. Ultimately, we had fun.

But, things would've been better if I had met Iqah today. *puts on gloomy face* Actually, we had planned to meet up after her practice at TPJC. Unfortunately, it ended late. And I couldn't meet her cuz I was going for night cycling. That was what I thought.

When I reached school at the foyer , first thing I was told by Veingad was that Iqah was looking for me. So I eagerly went to find her. But she was already going off with her group. So we didn't get the chance to meet :(

If only I had arrived in school earlier. Aww man.. I saw her but she didn't see me. Seeing the smile on her face for a second would've made my day man. Ah, nevermind.. Good to know we're seeing each other in less than 12hours time. Hehe.

Common tests are over! Thank god.. 6 tests crammed in 3 days. Finally over.. Okay. Prediction on results. 2 fails: Chem and Amath. Failing Amath is a high possibility for me. I already lost 18 out of 40 marks. Gah! It's okay. Chem, I guess I can pass but I can fail it too. Oh, one more. English maybe. The comprehension was tough yo..

BUT, I have to say this is probably the best common tests I had so far since sec1. YEAH! I was so much prepared for it luh. Though I only started revision last Saturday.. But it's not counting chem and amath though. I kinda gave up on revising those subjects last night. Oh, who cares..

Anyway, good news. My history class got an MSG of 1.3! Woots.. So there's mostly A1s and 2 to 3 A2s. Since I already have A1 for SS, that's a distinction for combined humanes. Woots! Haha.

I feel like shit right now. Haven't spoken much since I got home. Today didn't really go well for me. I got injured during soccer. had to bare with the pain till now. I got a freaking 3/15 for the chem test. I kinda screwed up in spa physics. I had to go for the gamelan thing in RP which a no. of ppl totally ditched. Had little time to finish amath hw. To add to that, I lost 2 pages of tedious workings. Deadline tmr. Hmt file. Deadline tmr. Another freaking chem test. tmr. physics test. yea. just great. probably gonna flunk both. honestly i don't really care. dammit. i gotta mug like fuck during the weekends. i don't want my parents to be asked to come for the meet-the-parents session.

The audition today went well for Almost A Band. We had a few flaws but hey, we received good reviews. Haha. And I'm a bit demoralized.. A few other participants quite good leh. Haha. Now I'm not so sure we can win the competition. But I don't really care if we lose. At least we participated. Yea. Oh yea.. We got labeled 'The Triplets'. Lol. We're Almost A Band! Literally. Haha. Anyway, I hope my nose will clear up soon. Dang, there's chem class test and physics SPA tomorrow. Friday got Physics class test. Argh! Time to start mugging man. =(

Forgetful.. That's what I've been today. I kept forgetting to take my belongings namely my wallet and handphone. Firstly, I thought I totally lost my wallet when we shifted places. BUT.. I actually got owned by Syafiqah, my dear dear girlfriend.. Haha. Dammit seh. So paiseh. And yea.. I hate to admit it but history does repeat itself. It happened two more times. Well, from then on it concerned my handphone lah.. After we were a good distance from McDonalds, I felt that my right pocket was kinda empty. "Oh crap! I left my handphone!" Just when I was about to head back, Iqah was smiling at me and took out my handphone from her pocket. Lol. Thanks a lot ah.. Haha. Then, again, after hanging out, I thought I left my handphone at the table. But I got fooled yet again. Ugh!

But I guess I learnt my lesson. I hope. Haha. Good thing I rarely lose my stuff. Not like someone. *Hints*hints* XD

A new song I composed. Hehe.. I just realized the title is similar to Hady Mirza's Singapore Idol song.. Lol. Totally not intentional. Anyway, hope you like it.

Stage fright's a bitch I tell you. And being the last group with the freezing auditorium, didn't make things any better. My palms were sweating, my heart was pounding, my teeth were clattering and I was shivering! I looked over my left shoulder. I was sure that Hazim and I shared the same sentiments about performing for our group's project presentation.

The brief performance wasn't all good I would say. Hazim forgot the improvised plan we had discussed about during other groups' presentations. And I guess I played a tad faster than I had planned. Nervous lah. Haha.

BUT, the response after our performance was positive. 'Beautiful' - that's what I heard one of the judges say. I guess I'm flattered by the comment but I'm a bit skeptical about it cuz of the song we played. It was Brick By Boring Brick by Paramore. Makes you wonder huh? Haha. Despite that, I wholeheartedly accept that comment. Hehe.

I still can't believe people thought the performance was that good lah. Really. Hazim and I thought it was crappy. Haha. Even so, Yi Fei, the president of TYC@BL, praised us for it. She even said we should start a band. LOL. Well, thanks for the compliments I guess. Appreciate it a lot.

Hmm.. today was okay. It was e-learning day. After that, went for friday prayers. Bumped into Zulfiqar and Mr Zaharuddin. I'm so flattered that Mr Zaharuddin still remembers me. It's been more than 3 years since I last met him. Haha.. So yea.. met Hazim and Asyur at Bukit Batok. Oh, Hafiz lost his slippers at the mosque. Epic..

So at Joel's house, played Rock Band baby! Haha. I especially like playing the guitar man.. Singing second. Drums, I would surely fail at that. Lol. Oh, I made random announcements using the mic like saying, "Attention fellow shoppers. There is a missing boy at the information counter..blablabla." Farnie. Lol. I even sang Rihanna's Umbrella and Lady Gaga's Telephone at parts when there weren't any lyrics. Had a good laugh doing all that shitx.

Oh yea, we even skated. Haha. It's much tougher that I thought it would be. And I'm only talking about riding it like just skate and not doing the stunts. But eventually, I got myself familiar with the skateboard. I managed to do this trick where while skating, I sat on the skateboard and eventually lying on my back. Pro right? Lol.

After that, went to lot 1. Met up with honey and her clique. Amirah was noisy.. -_- Then, this guy who seemed so sure that he knew me salam-ed me. After that, I went, "Who the hell was that?" Hahaha. I really had no idea who he was. But after honey bravely asked him who he was, I guess I have a rough idea.

Then, took a bus ride back to Bukit Batok with Kak Syaza and Haiyyum (Is that how his name is spelled?)

Anyway, I was sending Iqah home and then hey! Bumped into her mum, Kak Syaza and Izz Zamil! He's so big now. I don't think big is an understatement lah. Haha.. Okay what his size. Yea, so we walked all the way to Alif Restaurant there. Met her dad.. and yea.. went home.

Hmm.. gotta mug for chem test tomorrow. Acid, Bases and Salts! Wish me luck. Cuz I'm gonna need it. -_-

Yesterday's SYF Band Competition was an eye-opener. Surprisingly, I only realized then that band members have put in a lot of effort and hours to practise for one performance that was only about 10 minutes. And this is despite seeing them every Thursday and every other days playing their instruments under the hot sun. And they have been practicing at the field every morning even before school starts. Now that's what I call commitment and dedication.

I know how they felt when I saw some of them cry after the results were announced. Disappointment. It's like the amount of work they've put in wasn't enough to get them the award they wanted. But the truth is, I believe they do deserve it. I guess it's just that their performance wasn't as fantastic or spectacular to the judges as compared to other schools.

Hmm.. I'm glad they still had the spirit to 'announce' their presence to people in McDonald's and other commuters near Lot 1. Haha.

On the whole, I hope yesterday is one of those days that I can remember till whenever. With things like Mr Chua's uber epic expression when Hafiz and I had to leave the Affirmation Ceremony, rushing to reach the competition on time, coolio band performances, reminiscing the Paramore concert, the super friendly 15-year-old New Zealand girl that looks older, talking and joking at McDonald's with the guys and of course Syafiqah, maybe I will. =]

LOL. It's just some tall structure near Bukit Batok Nature Reserve. Yesterday was eventful. Okay, firstly met up with Iqah to simply go home after school. But had to take the bus cuz I didn't have my card. Guess what. We made South Korean friends. Of course right? Can't be North Korean. Lol. I think the dude was practising his English. It was okay. We didn't mind helping him out. I'm glad Iqah was there cuz at times I couldn't understand a think he was saying.

Then, this epic thing happened. At this particular turn near Bukit Batok Driving Centre, the bus abruptly braked and the Korean dude literally flew from his seat. Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating but it was close to that. Good thing he wasn't injured.

Then then, we missed our stopped. I forgot to press the bell. Oops.. Haha. Oh, we decided to go into Bukit Batok Nature Reserve.. Lol. I forgot how long we were in there. We got lost! And to think I was in the Orienteering team two years ago. Epic. Haha. Nevermind.

We ended up resting near the pond. And.. guess what again. We saw horny monkeys.. Shall I elaborate? I shall. I thought the monkeys were playfully fooling around INNOCENTLY. I guess I was wrong. I think one monkey got turned on when it saw it's buddy's ass. So he proceeded to bang it's buddy. Hahaha. Epic sia.. Really. I'm so glad Homo sapiens evolved man.. Haha.

Back from my cousin's engagement ceremony. Congrats Kak Didi.. As usual, it was just my mum, my sis and myself. My dad just stayed home all day. The whole event was okay. Nothing interesting happened. The food was satisfying I guess. There was eclair! But I ate a different kind which had chocolate filling. I was too late to get a bite of the eclair which had normal white cream filling. Okay. Enough about my appetite.

My aunt actually told my sis jokingly to slap my dad. Just to let him realize and just reconcile with my mum's side of the family. Lol. Sometimes I wonder why my dad is so stubborn. Honestly, I felt really out of place there. Bummer. Nevermind. Oh, my other cousin, Nadirah has a baby boy. So cute lah. He looks like a Chinese baby. Haha.

As expected, I didn't even touch my argumentative essay. I think it would've been better if I went out to study with Iqah and friends today and did the History project yesterday. Things would have fallen into place perfectly. And I can turn up for my cousin's engagement with my mum and sis without any difficulties tomorrow. Haiya, nevermind. What to do? Life doesn't always go the way you want it to.

Anyway, I found my junior's tumblr. And guess what? It's so cool! Well, I find it cool cuz there are plenty of uber cool images on it especially those with coolio quotes. That's just one thing. I have yet to find other great things about tumblr. Hmm.. maybe I should dump blogger and move to tumblr. Haha. We'll see.

What a pro! After watching this guy play, I feel like a total noob despite having played the guitar for less than 8 months. Lol. I've been watching Youtube videos since morning. Especially guitar covers. And I haven't showered. Eww.. Haha. I will okay? After this post. Gonna be home all day today. Gotta finish my argumentative essay by today.

Oh, I found out this morning from my mum that my cousin is getting engaged tomorrow. Fuyoh!
But I have the History project to finish tomorrow with Hazim and Joel. Hmm.. Hope I can make it in time for the occasion. Haha. Sounds like I'm the one my cousin is getting engaged to. LOL.

I've struck GOLD baby!!! I got full marks for NAPFA test.. I'm pretty sure ah. If I wrong, paiseh.. I'm so surprised I did pretty well in 2 stations that I was sure I was gonna screw up in. They were chin-ups and sit-ups. I officially did 9 chin-ups. Muahahaha. Well, most of the chin-ups I did were the standard chin-up but hey officially in black and white I did 9. Haha. And I thought I could do only 5.. Adrenaline rush maybe. And I did 44 sit-ups.. Hehe. I was struggling just to get over 42.. or was it 43? Anyway, all I wanted was an A grade. Most of us actually had 10 seconds left but we just stopped. Haha. Pro.

Actually, before the whole thing, all I wanted was to pass this year's NAPFA test.. Haha. What a bonus man.

I miss those times.

Basketball today was fun. Played with Xu Ying, Hafiz, Timothy and mostly 4M2 guys. Hehe. I'm pretty good. Just need to improve on accuracy and passing to the right person. Haha. I was super wet after the game. Lol. Oh, did I mention we played when everyone else was having timed-practice? Muahahaha. So shiok..

We had the English presentation thingy before lunch. Most classes were entertaining.. 4p1 was the only class that did not include the whole class.. Paiseh. Haha.. We did okay lah.. We received Kinder Bueno and Ferrero Roche. Yummy! Thank you Mrs. Lim.

NAPFA test tomorrow yo! I think I'm gonna suck at chin-ups and sit-ups.. No gold this year? Whatever.. O-level more important. Haha. Like as if I started mugging like that. Wish me luck.

I've been dreaming this dream where I am running over this road via this exposed overhead bridge. And the sucky thing about the dream is that I always seem tired of running. Before using the overhead bridge I think I was running away from something or someone. I vaguely remember being in a war! hahaha.. lawl. Veingad was there! We were in the jungle under the dark black sky. There were a few explosions here and there. Oh, I remember this soldier. He looked American and seemed like he was looking for something. I was probably hiding from him in the bushes.

Eventually, I managed to get away from the war and magically got in civilian clothes. Lawl. So at the end of the overhead bridge is a bus-stop which reminds me so much of one in Geylang. At this bus-stop, there was this shop. I wanted to get something to drink. Surprisingly, the shopkeeper told me there was a special request for Bandung. Haha! There was only one packet of Bandung among the carbonated drinks. Lucky me! Lol. Bought it. Drank it.

And then.. I was woken up. Got a text from Iqah at 1 25am.. Wah, I hope she had enough sleep last night. Okay, so strangely enough, this whole thing reminds me of the Matrix. Haha. Figure it out yourself. I'm too lazy to explain. =]

Went out with iqah yesterday.. We wore white T-shirts. Lawl. It was purely coincidental. It's super rare lah for us to wear something similar. And we never plan what to wear together. Wearing similar clothing would be AWKWARD. lol. I think people would have mistook us for twins man. XD

So we decided to watch Alice In Wonderland.. We really had nothing to do. I guess we were killing time. haha. So the movie was okay. I thought it could've been better. How? IDK. The movie reminded me of something I watched before. It was vaguely similar but I can't remember what it was. Whatever.

After the movie, we ate at KFC. Mariah Carey's Obsessed was on replay. -_-

Then, we hanged out at Bukit Batok. Taught iqah a guitar riff from Paramore. Hehe.

Yeah.. I have a question. Can you imagine your thumb in someone's mouth? I can.. haha.

Wokay. I need to turn in already. It's 1 40am. OMGEEEYEJOE. bye.

Paramore was awesome! Though I think I could've died or broken a bone, all in all, I enjoyed the whole experience. Yesterday, it was the first time I ate McDonald's outdoors alone. How sad huh? Haha. And I can safely say Paramore's concert was way better than Red Jumpsuit Apparatus'. It topped RJA's by a mile. Really.

The concert was opened by a local band, Monaco or something. The lead vocalist was hilarious. I couldn't understand a thing she was singing. The base was pretty loud. I could feel every base note in my chest. I guess they were okay but the crowd was pretty dead when they were performing. One bugger was showing 2 middle fingers the whole time the band was playing. I hope they didn't see that. Lol.

Paramore opened with Ignorance. The moment they came out was the signal for people to start nudging and pushing around. Apparently, noobs like myself were caught off guard. Firstly, we swayed to the left. Then to the right. It felt like i was in the sea except that there was no water and that I didn't have to swim. All of a sudden, the domino effect happened. It was super scary! I was shouting, "WTH WTF!" Haha. Then right, I couldn't move my left leg cos' gravity was a bitch. I was frantically trying to get up man. I was worried I was gonna go home with a broken leg.

And I think I accidentally molested someone. Maybe? Haha. I think fell on top of a girl and as I was trying to get up... Yea. You get the picture.. There were a lot of girls screaming. Many guys were calling out for everyone to get up. I joined them too lor. Thankfully, I could stand on 2 feet after that ordeal. By then, I was already sweating like hell and to think it was only the beginning. LOL. Even Atiqah was wiping sweat of her face.

Many other things happened lah. But I guess that was the highlight for me. Haha. Hmm, Paramore played about 12 songs. I bet I was singing out of tune for every song cos' I really couldn't hear a thing that came out of my mouth. Lawl. They didn't play Turn It Off. =(
Nevermind. I hope they come back. Please do please do. Oh yes. Can't thanked Atiqah enough for being my concert buddy though it was her first concert. Haha.

Oh oh! I didn't take many photos. Anyway, even if I did, they wouldn't look good. So I took videos instead. But the audio's pretty shitty. I'll see if I wanna post them up.

YMC at bedok today. I was kinda disappointed cos' it wasn't focused on JC or polytechnic much. It was more about what we want to be in future. One question was, "What is your dream job?" I wrote down lawyer at first. Then, i considered businessman. Later, I crossed out the two and wrote down events organizer. I'm not really sure why i wrote that but it kinda seems interesting. I thought of writing down engineer but.. seems boring. Who knows, I might change my mind yet again in future. How I wish I had a clear vision of my aspirations but it's quite vague. I need direction and motivation. I need to decide soon.

In all, the discussion was alright. I had an epic moment during the break. I was gonna savor my last chocolate eclair. Unfortunately, I hit my hand on Daniyal's back when I turned and I watched the eclair drop to the carpet floor. It's creamy insides splattered around it. The eclair should have been in my stomach right now. How sad. Four eclairs should have been in my stomach. Anyway, the chicken satays were huge. And filling. I like.

The trip back home was farnie. We alighted from the train at Kembangan station cos' there was a pungent smell. It was the apek in front of me. When we boarded the next train,,, Haha. Just great. Someone farted. We just moved to the next cabin. Talked all the way with Hafiz and Daniyal.

Oh. Lakjin told me he waited for Paramore from 2pm to 7pm at the airport just to welcome them. Sadly, they didn't turn up. According to him, there was a huge crowd. Must've been a real bummer. I'm just hoping the line might not be too long when I start queuing up tomorrow. Earliest 5pm i guess. Hazim joked that I should bring my bike cos' when the door opens, I can cycle all the way to the front. LAWL. I hope nothing unfortunate happens tomorrow.

lawl.. ok. how we did? okay i guess. there wasn't really any major cock-ups. just minor ones. almost everyone kinda did different hand gestures at one point. i was supposed to do the hadouken hand gesture but i did the original idea which was to salute. haha. some of my teammates did that to.. everyone else was supposed to do the 'ultraman'.

on the whole, i think we didn't wow the judges enough. could have been the song maybe. but truthfully, our routine was mostly original. other schools did some typical sequences and some did PDS moves.. only our school used a purely alternative rock song. most schools used either techno songs and some fast beat songs. two songs that played most today was Lady Gaga's Bad Romance and Ke$ha's Tik Tok.

hmm.. the most outstanding team today for me was River Valley High School's girls team. the were simply fantastic. even the host of the event, Sir Jack Sparrow, was kinda lost for words after their routine. i think he said, "River Valley High School Girls Team! That was (pause) Freestyle Drill!"

yea. on the way out of amoy quee in the bus was fun. we mostly waved to everyone that passed. so funny. after playing basketball in school, we ate in lot 1 then i went home. the others went to wenjie's i think. oh i have to thank putra for treating everybody milo. so nice..

so, that's about it for today.. will be meeting iqah for ice-cream later. yay yay! haha. kay bye.

On two occasions today, i had to quickly finish my bandung that i bought from the mama shop at the bus-stop just cuz the 188 bus was approaching. dammit. couldn't savor every drop of bandung slowly.

I can better understand tabs now!! Somehow it's less confusing than previous times. So what I play on the guitar would sound more like the song itself. woots!

Oh, I lost the pencil we used to play the moment of truth game. I used it as my makeshift capo. Now I'm using a blue pencil. Yuck.. Black is better. haha. I should really get a real capo huh? Lawl.

Slept from 3pm to 9pm.
I've never felt so lethargic in my life.
I actually slept and woke up a few times in class during the first recess today.
I didn't want to sleep during the second recess. Didn't want to feel sick?
Hmm, actually, I don't remember what the khutbah for today was about. So bad huh? lawl.
Oh ya, I even tried sleeping during the CNY thingy in the parade square.
Every single time i was about to fall asleep I would have spasm-esque movements.
Very sudden one. And every time that happened I would wake up. Dammit. haha.

The CNY celebration? Erm, nothing much lah. Quite mundane if you ask me. I liked the tossing of the 'something sheng'. Surprisingly, tasty. I thought it would taste bland.
Totally random: Benjamin's band performance was entertaining indeed.
Especially his infectious laugh.

OkAY. Let's talk about the chalet last night.. Similarly, nothing much.
But at least it was better than today. Highlights of the chalet for me?
The performance with hazim, the moment of truth game and late night crap talk.
Face Down was fine and we got people singing along.
Dear Maria Count Me In, we were literally background music. haha.
I probably should've sang in a higher octave or for that fact LOUDER.
Pfft, who cares anw. lol.
The moment of truth game was fun but we kinda ran out of questions to ask.
We even skipped a few people despite the fact that the pencil was pointing to them.
Then late night crap talk.. talked about ghosts and anything else under the sun.

Overall, my first time sleeping over at a chalet was a pretty good experience.

yo!! my com is fixed. muahaha. just got the CPU back from the shop. the thingy in the motherboard and the visual card kinda got screwed that's why the com went haywire.

hmm, I really can't wait for the chalet on thursday.. and guess what. i'll be staying over!! woots! woots! haha. actually, i haven't tell my parents yet. i'll tell them soon. 2mrw night.. haha. so the thing is we'll be going to school on friday from the chalet itself.. cool huh? actually, it's nothing ah. just that i'm used to going to school from home. duh-oh!

hmm, oh ya.. last saturday right, i made iqah cry.. i really really really didn't mean to. felt extremely guilty after that. thankfully, she was ok lah.
lesson learnt: don't stare at her. really don't.

now right, i'm kinda scared to look at her even for idk 10 seconds? skali she cry.. might never know. haha. of course i'm just overreacting lah. just don't stare at her lor. good enough.
